Last week, our team had the opportunity to attend this year’s Insurance News Net Super Conference. Insurance News Net is the source for breaking news and relevant information on the Life insurance, Health insurance, Property and Casualty industries. Every year, professionals from all these industries and more gather at the Super Conference to exchange insights and hear from top-notch keynote speakers.
Mike Pepe, CEO and Founder, and Chad Neifer, SVP of Key Accounts and Integration attended on behalf of Proformex and they both had a great time! Both men had the chance to chat with insurance and financial professionals about current pain points, industry trends and new products on the market. Hearing as many different perspectives as possible helps our team to continue to innovate our product to better serve fiduciaries, brokers, agents and trustees.
One of the big highlights of the show this year for our team was getting to hear Grant Cardone speak about applying his 10X rule to all areas of your company’s operation (primarily sales). His motivating insights and captivating anecdotes really drove his main point home: if you think you’re doing enough to improve in any given capacity, apply ten times more effort to truly exceed your own goals and your customers’ expectations of you. We fully intend to keep his 10X rule in mind for all our initiatives going forward, and we hope other attendees do, too.
